Last week I was kindly invited to capture some super laid back, marketing shots for Pawfectionists at Baxby Manor (between Easingwold and Thirsk). Tiffany, the owner is one of my oldest and dearest friends, so I was delighted to oblige ! We got some gorgeous shots of her with her dogs to build client rapport and give her viewers a chance to get to know her (see how kind, sweet and fun she is)  and see how much she adores her dogs. ​Meet the team and take a peak around Pawfectionists dog grooming. Tiffany and her four legged helpers are so awesome ! The salon is super warm and cozy, courtesy of a gorgeous log burner and gentle, soft lighting. The dogs (when not being pampered) can rest in the custom built canine stables with soft fleecy blankets. This really is not a grooming salon like ever I've seen before. In fact it's rather more homely and cozy than any normal hair salon. Set in the beautiful countryside of a Manor House. I learnt today, that not only is Tiffany a super talented groomer and equestrian but can make an awesome cup of coffee. (So grab a coffee when you drop off your furry friend for a luxury groom)!
I'm so excited by Pawfectionists, because Tiffany is so passionate behind her reasons for the salon. She has opened her salon, because she knows that a good quality groom truly makes a dog feel better. Her passion shines through when she talks about not only the physical but the mental benefits of pampering your pooch. How it will lift their spirit and make them feel so much more lovely. I loved working with Roddy + Sharon on Friday ! Roddy and Sharon are incredible, jointly working with Alzheimers charities and The Red Cross to bring some four legged love to people's day's. Needless to say, Roddy was incredible to work with, so much patience for a dog and consistently looking toward Sharon for his next cue. These guys are just so gorgeous and share so much love.

The second installment from SYD - Saving Yorkshire's Dog's this month is Charlie. A beautiful Saluki. Charlie was such a fun dog to work with. I should say too, he is not the only Saluki dog I photographed at Saving Yorkshire's Dogs, however the other is staying offline at this time, but please inquire after him if you are interested in adopting a Saluki.

My name is Charlie, and I am one of the most FUN dogs you will meet. As soon as the photographer met me, I jumped in a pool of mud, and made everyone laugh but then it was quite fun getting washed down too. I am super friendly, everyone is my best friend. I've got loads of energy for nice walks. But I also take my cuddles very seriously. 
I'd love to get out of rescue and explore the big world with you, everyday is an adventure, please let me share it with you ! My mission is to bring laughter to your days.

There were three new canine arrivals in kennels for me to photograph. The beautiful Bert; below. Charlie who will follow this post. And also another Saluki Dog, however he is remaining top secret at this time.

THE CHRISTENING OF CALLUM AT RIPON CATHEDRAL

Callum's Beuatiful mum ^^^^^^ is one of my most favourite people ever ! She is probably one of the kindest and sweetest people you'll ever meet. We met a few years ago when I started taking her family portraits and since, her family have joined the village school and now I get to see her every day. We sometimes go on stupidly muddy but very enjoyable walks too. 

Of course I was honoured to meet the rest of her extended family for the Christening of her newest addition, at Ripon Cathedral and be asked to photograph the event. Ripon was as ever, the most magnificent Christening location; visually spectacular and Canon Ruth, making the service entirely enjoyable and accessible to all.  

I'm only including a couple of images below from the Christening itself, I think these are private moments for the family invited but lots of fab family and godparent pictures below.
