MINI THE GERMAN SHEPHERDI was delighted to hear I would be working with Mini. Ever since childhood, I've had a huge soft spot for German Shepherd Dogs. When I was a child, I always wanted to follow my dad into the police force and I think the fascination stemmed from there, as back then German Shepherd's were the go to dog for the police. Mini reignited that wonder of German Shepherds. They really are a breed like no other. They want to lay down as if they're a Collie, they want to swim like they're a Golden Retriever, they lift their front paw in anticipation like a Pointer. But then, they have this immense urge to protect, and such super strength. Super trainable, and really awesome ! We met at Love Lane (how sweet is that)... and went for a gorgeous woodland / riverside walk. Following the old railway line through Richmond. Mini started the shoot, by jumping in the river, little did I know, this was what she'd want to do the entire time we were together. I don't think I've ever met such a water loving dog.
